Hatoba is a craftsman of "Monsyo-uwae-shi"(kamon designer), who draws and designs family crests by handwriting in traditional way. He started to express the family crest in a new form from the time when he reached 50 years old. Since then, he created art-works based on the concept of "family crest as design", and has a wide range of activities as one of the few craftsmen and designer who combines manual work and digital technology.
